Well done. You have a good eye. :)
If you number your photos, it will make it easier for people to comment on a specific one.
I REALLY like 3, 8, and 9.
The 3rd shot, with just the front-lit and the guitar grabs me. Good feel on that one. I would probably crop out a bit of the empty space above his head, but it is a fabulous shot.
The Black and White one is beautiful. I love the feel of it. Good conversion on that one.
Excellent action in the next one. Super catch. :) Did you get splashed? ;)

Keep at it.... you've got a good start.
And welcome to POTN. You will learn SO MUCH here.

Wonderful eye! I particularly love your black and white...although I tend to prefer b&w anyway.
The skateboard shot is great, my son commented on that one!
Welcome to POTN. Great people and tons of know-how.

i just went through some of your flickr images, too. you're stuff's so good i think i'm going to have to hate you out of jealousy. many times people leave overly supportive comments on images that i think are completely lame... but you've got some great stuff. keep it up.

shap43, it's obvious you can take good photos, but if you stick 15 of them in one thread then all you'll get is people saying 'nice photos'. Maybe that's what you want. On the other hand, if you want detailed critiques, then I'd suggest posting photos individually (1 per thread), and explaining what you were trying to achieve and what you want the critics to look at.
