Parameter 1 vs. Parameter 2 vs. Adobe RGB

I am now trying to get into the deeper setting on my new D-Rebel. I have shot almost all of my pictures on Parameter1. I shot a picture or two on Parameter 2 and Adobe RGB. I didn't see much if any difference. Any recommendations on what one is best?? I noticed in the pictures here,

that RFMSports used Adobe RGB? Any reason why that over parameter 1 or 2?

I started a similar thread, albeit in relation to the 10D, a couple of weeks ago which several people answered in depth. Perhaps a search would answer your query?
