Being honest mate.
Hot spot on the nose needs sorting. Tidy the blip on your top lip. You need some light or life in the eyes (its a lighting issue). This would look better cropped to a square format. Maybe not so tight a crop at the bottom. Try a mono conversion also.
BUT I STILL LIKE IT!
Although my comments seem negative and nit picky, the things I have tried to point out are merely alternatives and not 'requirements.' Its a nice shot and you could go down so many alternative routes. So...try them all!

This used to work for me and may do for you...try all alternatives/versions of the shot but don't dwell to much on any of them. Then shut them out of your mind. Don't even think about looking at them! Immerse yourself in other images for a couple of weeks at least. Then come back to them. Flick through them in the shortest time you can. The one that 'grabs' you is the one you should stick with and see through to the final image. This is not a practical approach if you are selling the images but if its your own work for you...then it may help you.

Your head looks square and pale ond the red X tattoo takes attention away from your eyes, wherever the are.
