Nice bright and clear shot, but you may want to leave a little more space around your subjects head next time so it doesn't fill the entire frame (unless you prefer it that way). That's a great image to show him when he's older and watch him smile! : )

Cute kid... seems to have some "attitude to him",

I would suggest getting a flash diffuser, that really sharp shadow below his chin kidna makes me nuts!
