This picture drives me crazy! I couldn't get a clear shot without the berries unless I went up to my knees in water, so I just shot thru them.

My first reaction on seeing the result was, Hey, ain't that cool. But the next day, in the real cool light of my iMac, I thought That's the most artsy-fartsy mess I ever saw!

Now every time I see it, I'm totally ambivalent. What do you think?

Help me kill it or cure it!

Don

Donald, If you really want a Berry free photo, you might want to consider a pre-empted strike with some long handled pruning shears. I dont know if this is in an area that you can get away with that(Is this on someones private land, or a Park?) but it's a thought. From what I seeyou would only have to remove a couple small twig like branches.
BTW, This photo looks pretty good as is, but I see what you mean.

Thumbs Up To
*Colors are great!
*The berries frame the photo great.
*I just love that bridge!

Thumbs Down To
*Sky is overexposed, there may of been no way of preventing that.
*The bridge is right in the center, and that bothers me.
*If you framed it so the bidge was in the top 3rd, you would of had more water in the photo, and less sky which would be good, in my opinion.
