I'm confused about the state of support for Canon .CRW files in acdsee 4.01 (not 4.0).
I'm using the trial version and I can display thumbnails of .CRW and .THM files, but viewing a .CRW file or saving it as TIFF or JPEG results in a totally black image.
Is this considered normal?
The images have been taken with a PowerShot S-30.
