dcraw help!

Hi, I downloaded and unzipped both the dcraw program and shell program into Windows System32 folder in Windows xp. It confirmed that it was in the reistery. When I right click on a folder containing .crw files I get the option to "Process CRW files with dcraw". When I do right click on the file containing the raw photo I get C:\WINDOWS\dcrawrapf.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Then I input dcraw and I get the list of options but they don't work. Have a missed a step? Thanks in advance.

Hi Funky

I place the RAW files that I want to convert in a new folder. Then I right click on that new folder and then run the dcraw program. It works perfect. You can't run the program on individual files.
