I need some big lessons in working out how to post photos. This is a pin sharp photo but I just cant get them right on here:oops: :oops:

For kids get as low as you can to shoot, even to the point of sitting on the ground. It makes the players look more impressive.

Good capture. With soccer a lot of it is about anticipating the shot. it is such a fast paced (normally) game with changes in direction. Once you start to anticipate where the ball is going to go or when the shot will take place your images will get better.
Tip 1: Just before a player shoots on goal, they will drop their eyse to the ball.

Twisted--I have the same problem of losing sharpness when I reduce the photo to fit the forum requirements. I've tried several methods of reducing the file size and I can't say that I'm completely satisfied with any of the results. Of course, we wouldn't need 8 megapixal plus camera if we could get sharp photos at 38,000 bytes.

OOOUUUCCCCHHHHH...love the expression...

If you host the picture somewhere else and then link it you can retain the sharpness and the quality....
