G3 macro shots

I went to Texas and spent an entire day trying to shoot macro. Those little buggers are hard to get to sit still. The thing I found is if you wait you will find some that are not intimidated by you or your set up.

Now in two cases I hand held because they were to elusive, so it can be done.

I found that if you let the camera set focus in the macro mode you can move it and see what is in focus and out of foocus and it works for hand holding.

Anyway It was fun. I already printed the MOnarch and its on my wall.
