I have a shot I'm currently setting up and the jacket was a prop I'm going to use that I bought today (along with a pig's heart... yeck). I originally just hung it up to start collecting the rest of my stuff, but the more I thought about it, the more I had to do something with it. It's just such a wild and ugly piece of clothing I couldn't resist :lol:

Someone (Julie) described a previous shot as a "sketch". This one follows along the same vein, in that I'm trying to work my lighting out for the real shot that will be coming up hopefully this weekend. Nonetheless, I thought this was kind of a fun shot

Love the coat. In order to deserve to wear it (and look convincing in a photo), you must do the following:

wear a gold chain around your neck, have a large pinky ring (LARGE), ditch the undershirt and have one more button unbuttoned (though if you were an over-60 plaid-wearer, you would have the shirt buttoned all the way to the top), wear polyester pants and white shoes (even if I can't see them, I will know if they are there), be clean shaven as if you shave twice a day - I should be able to smell the cheap after-shave right through my monitor -- except for a small, limp moustache. But most important of all is the hair. This is where a plaid man shows his inner creative spirit. It has to be slighlty bizarre BUT must be in total control. I should be able to see the comb tracks in your hair gel.


The second, black and white picture is of you in a police line up after being arrested for impersonating a plaid man. You didn't fool them (yet). Wearing plaid is an art.

Nice job on the lighting rich. What's in the glass in the first shot? I like the PP on #1 but I think #2 has a bit too much negative space at the bottom.
