Out with the kids . . .

I took a few pictures of our friends' kids in the park. I thought they were great pictures and gave them a copy. They said thanks when I handed them the CD, but I haven't heard from them in the past two weeks. Now I am starting to think maybe they weren't such good shots. Your critique is appreciated.

You have not heard from them because they were stunned by the beautiful photos which made the husband wants a 30D now but the wife said "Nah ah". It's all your fault. :D j/k

Good photos. Remember to watch your histogram and use your exposure compensation.

I have had a play with number 2
Adjusted brightness contrast and colour with curves.
Added a graduated layermask to equalize the light.
far from perfect but getting there.
