I was shooting at a field today. Very dusty... How and what should I use to clean the lenses and the body.. Maybe the inside from changing the lenses..

Rocket blower is the best bet (just run a search on the forum about it). It's all pretty straightforward. Just don't be tempted to blow on lenses/inside the camera from your mouth - it'll just make things moist and allow more dust to stick to things.

For the lenses use a rocket blower or canned air to remove the gross dust and dirt (do NOT used canned air in the camera body). The exterior of the lens (not the optics) can be wiped down with a slightly damp, lint free cloth. For the optics, blow them off and then simply gently wipe them with lens tissue or a fresh micro-fiber cloth. If you have a tough smear that won't come off, wet the lens tissue with a drop of optical lens cleaning solution, and wipe again.

For the body, wipe the exterior with a lint free cloth. You can blow out the interior with a rocket blower (not canned air). Be careful not to touch the mirror or the ground viewing plate.

For cleaning the sensor - read the directions in your manual and use a rocket blower. That will generally do the trick. If you need to do more than that, you'll either need to have the sensor professionally cleaned, or you can try either the Copperhill Method or the Sensor Brush method (search the forum and you'll find multiple threads on sensor cleaning).

The rocket blower has my vote too as does doing a search on this forum. Mark's comments are spot on - read well and remember especially his comments on not using the canned air on the sensor.
