Almost...
In my opinion, there are three things in the picture that are catch the eye before I get to the cracks in the glass: the upper right corner of the window, the nail/snap/ring (?) in the lower right, and the black bump in the lower left edge of the window. These are all good, and worth keeping as they are.
However, the diagonal cracks in the glass are what will make or break the picture, yet they are competing with these other structural features.
I may be wrong, but it looks as if you have already tried to bump the contrast of the cracked glass on center, so there may not be any more you can do.
The window, as a subject, was well worth the effort. Maybe another try?
