Think its a chickadee....very nice Gary!!! is that rigged to drip water for the birds? if so that is ingenious and where do I find one? My goldfinches think the ant moat on my hummingbird feeders is there own private stock!

Excellent shots, Gary. I like all three. The Chickadee looks great in every shot. Beautifully sharp, precise colors in the image, and super beautiful bokeh. OK, if I had to pick, it would be #3. Great job!

:D Thanks for the nice comment and yes, its hooked up to a small hose that runs from a splitter ( main hose to spiltter and this hose and another for watering are plugged into splitter...valve). The dripping really attracts a wide variety of birds.....had a Baltimore Oriole today ( no camera . no shot) . Cardinals, Bluejays, Grackles, Bluejays, Chickadees all bathe every day......a Yellow Shafted Flicker yesterday....( many shots). The American Goldfinches however prefer a fountain in the yard and rarely visit this birdbath but I think thats because this birdbath is too popular. I got the dripper from a Birding store here in Ottawa. It has 3 forks that are used to stick it in the ground...pretty solid and larger birds perch on it often . I did a quick search on the Internet and this is the first link I found that had a variety of these......

Hey, thanks Gary, I am going to order from them. Have you tried that mister? That looks pretty cool.

Yeah I noticed that......they make a pretty good argument for it. Hummers and Warblers are always nice and I did have 1 yellow warbler a few weeks ago for 2 or 3 days in my yard. I never did figure out what attracted it in the first place. Maybe next year...

You have some nice compositions with the chickadee there, Gary. I suspect it's jealous of the iron bird's spot, if it's anything like our local birds.
