Have you tried a b/w conversion for the second one? It has some really nice details and color, but it might look pretty interesting in b/w.

And there was me thinking I'd be looking at some plants or something...
They gave me a smile anyway :-)

Number two is great - good detail and I personally like the colour version, although the B&W treatment works well.
