I put this up on another website, the theme had to be rope, and no editing is allowed in the competition rules.

I titled the photo "Contradiction"

I wouldn't cover up the crest with the rope. Instead, I think I'd try to get the whole thing in the noose. Also, the shadows are a little distracting and show the placement of the light. If possible, try to light the right-hand side as well to soften/eliminate the harsh shadows.

Also, books are more powerful than webpages. Try to find a hard-back bood with the Human Rights Act. It makes the picture look more professional and less hastily-pieced together.

As posted by dylix, even if you don't end up getting a book, PLEASE get rid of the dates on the pages. It just doesn't look professional.
