San Jose Trip

I'm looking for recommendations for short evening/early afternoon trips to take some pictures in the area. I will be spending a week there for work and I'm looking to get out in the evenings and do some site seeing.

I was there a month ago for 3 weeks and I hit, Santa Cruz, Pigeon Point, Golden Gate Bridge (600 pics, my favorite place), Alcatraz, Fishermans Wharf, Twin Peaks, Winchester Mystery House, Yosemite twice, Kings Canyon. Any other interesting places to hit while I am there?

Maybe take in Stanford University, Filoli Center (http://www.filoli.org/), a drive on Skyline Blvd. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:San_Francisco_Bay_Area_Skyline_Blvd.jpg), and maybe a hike in the Fremont Older Space Reserve (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fremont_Older_Open_Space_Preserve) to get to Hunter's Point for a pure breathtaking view of the South Bay (and maybe up to San Francisco if clear enough).
