Getting Ready For Xmas

My friends start Christmas preperations very early.
Now with a baby, even more so.

So, I took my trusty G3 and 420ex flash over for some pictures.

While baby pictures are cute and these are no exceptions, I think if you could redo the angles so that the door frame is vertical and other shots so that you get the 90% to perpendicular they'd come off much better in presentation. I don't know if it's on the Popular Photography site, but I'm pretty sure there are some tips about this there, if I'm not mistaken. Nice reds and flesh tones there, good lighting apparently. I often find that when you get nice contrast between the reds and whites, it's often a problem with the skin tones unless you have managed to have really good lighting.

Anyway, I realize you didn't ask for nit-picking, and they are great, I just thought I'd throw out a quick tip to make these shots even better.
