Shield Star Warranties?

I was wondering if anyone has talked to or used Shield Star Warranties Inc. for any camera repairs? The place I am buying my 300D from is offering me their 5yr warranty for $149. Now I know if their lips are moving they are lying, but they say aside from the normal if it stops working they will repair or replace, but they also said that if my child pulls the neck strap and camera off the counter and it damages the camera it will be covered. I have read the "coverage" section and it says not covering abuse or accident.

Any feedback would be great.

I have never heard of them. Most stores I have dealt with offer "Mack" extended warranties.

yes, but it has to be purchased within 30 days of purchasing the lens.
