'Webzine' article featuring my work... question on image contribution.

I was recently interviewed for an article that features me and another photographer. The journalist has requested pieces of my work to go along with the article. Incidently, this journalist has already gotten me a few jobs, and I feel favorably about this article.

I intend on giving her a few works that have to do with the article, but being that this is about ME, is there anything I should do, paperwork wise, thats different than I would do on a paid assignment/stock request?
