I would personally use Paypal (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_merchant-outside) for a shopping cart feature.. easy to use and trusted
There is also Yahoo (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/merchant/) and Smugmug (https://www.smugmug.com) (I think)

Use Google's new cart. It's better than paypals, price wise. and of course safe.
https://checkout.google.com/sell?promo=sbhp
you can process them at a low 2% and $0.20 per transaction.

I take it you don't have those. If you are making money, GET THEM. Not only is it the law, but you can then right off the stuff you are buying and expenses, like car travel and home studio rental out of you rent/mortgage.

Well, I’m not looking for big business (small business) only to sell prints via website. I don't think to have a business license but require having "federal Tax Id???" I'M not sure about that but noticed most people sell print without business license and tax stuff.
