have any of you folks that have the above printer ever have misalighed borders where a border goes from zero to 1/4" on all foue sides?????

nope.... maybe you need to reinstall the printer? Can't really say much without knowing the operating system and all.

It sounds like a feeder sprocket is not working and the paper is not being fed in straight. If it's going through perfectly straight, then I'm at a loss.
