Anyone receive shippment into toronto? how long did it take? i placed my order on saturday of last week and yet to receive it?

Did you call them or check their website for tracking details? I've bought from B&H for years and find their service is excellent.

The shipping time can vary. It depends on what shipping method you used. I have ordered from them using standard USPS and I got the package in Ottawa in 3 days. I have also ordered using USPS Express and got the package in 4 days. I have friends in Ottawa who ordered using USPS standard and it took about 10 business days. I believe officially B&H says it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks using USPS but in reality it should be much quicker. I am not sure about shipping times if you used UPS but be prepared for a not so nice suprise with a bill for Customs Brokerage if you used them.

nope i used the $22 cheap one that uses postage airmail. but i did not get a tracking #? Why? should i or not? its been a week and ive had stuff shipped faster. must just be delayed. ive learned not to ship ups. what crooks.... me waiting for my new 420ex flash.........

They don't provide tracking numbers for USPS standard or express. I think you can get a tracking # if you pay more but you would need to make your order over the phone since you can't add that option through web orders. There is really no way to track these shipments when using USPS shipments from B&H.

I wouldn't worry too much. Like I said I know someone who bought a G3 and it took close to 10 business days to show up here in Ottawa.

Don't worry. I've got my 420ex from B&H on 10th day just couple of weeks ago. Keep in mind that it might take 11-12 days with regular AirMail. You may also call B&H 1-800 tracking service to verify shippment date for your package.

I'd check UPS has tracking no for everything. and I have been using B&H for 10 years and never had a problem.

It wasn't UPS but rather USPS (US Postal Service).

Well got her in today. got to say i am really happy that it came. i fooled around a little with it and got to its assome. only thing i kinda also fell like its a huge piece on top and kinda embarressed to use it, :) lol. well only down fall is the omni bounce also ordered had a reall hard time putting it on but i guess just needs to fit on it for a while until it streaches itself. happy camper here at least.

Yes I found it hard to attach the omnibounce the first time but after a few months now it goes on and off easily. I also know what you mean about the camera being top heavy with the 420ex on there. I am used to it now though.

I also ordered a month ago a 420EX and an omnibounce from B&H.
The omnibounce does not fit the 420EX !!!
I was obliged to work the omnibounce with a knife and sand paper to be able to fit it to the 420EX :( and that's not an easy task.
