Version 1.5b5 fix2.
In one of my exhibitions I had an image that was duplicated, so I thought I would just "Remove" the duplicate in the Copy/Move/Delete editor. This did nothing but cause the editor page to be refreshed. The errror message in the Report section at the bottom of the page indicated it could not be deleted because it was the last occurance of this image in the database. I then tried to de-frag and optimize the DB, and remove it again. Same results.
So I figured I would just delete the image and reload it into the DB. The delete went fine (though I had to delete both occurrences and the second delete had problems locating the images. Unfortualy, all of a sudden I had TWO OTHER images that were both duplicated in the same exhibition in the same bizarre manner. I was unable to remove them and got the same messages when trying to do so.
Rather than risk propagating this problem further by trying to delete these new duplicates, I have just hidden the duplicates and reloaded the original image that gave me the problems.
However, I'm very concerned about this and I'd like to clean up my databse. Any ideas on what's wrong and how best to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
