Message from Device Manager Reads:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)
Current Attemps:
All new drivers downloaded.
Uninstalled/Re-installed Everything.
Action:
If Bootup in Safe Mode then it will Load and activate.
When Boot normal mode - Above error??
Please assist.
