My mother-in-law asked if I could take a picture of something in the local city so that she can blow it up and hang it in her shop. I went out and got some pictures of the fountains. I took it through photoshop to touch it up. Please tell give me some C & C.

If it's lighted, try it at night so that you can use a slow shutter speed and blur the water. Bring your tripod of course. ;)

If I were taking this Id do a few things.
1.) slow shutter speed. It will give a nice effect with the flowing water, and the similarity between the shapes of the water arcs and the leaves of the palm trees.
2.) Get closer. Less bare concrete in the foreground.
3.) Take it at an angle so that the blue roofed building on the right hand side is not showing
The last thing I'd do would be to try and take it in the morning, so you could get the shadows of the palm trees cast over the fountain and the rising sun in the picture.
anyway, those are my suggestions! If you end up reshooting this make sure to post up the new image
