I have a Rebel XT with a canon 50mm f/1.8 and 28-135mm IS lens and I need filters for both to protect the lens and help the image. I'm confused on the whole filters sizes and the exact effect of some filters (heard polarizer and uv good), so please leave your input, it would help me learn more.
Tamron SP AF 28-75mm F/2.8 I need this lens since it is a good value for the shots it can do in low light conditions. I plan to use them inside dim halls and churches.
I need a flash to fill in shadows for portraits and group shots at social events I'm beginning to do. heard 580ex with a diffuser is the way to go.
Canon Rebel XT battery grip. Heard this is helpful with holding the camera plus gives the camera extra button positions and battery life.
