Does anybody know if the Canon 10D can have a cable release hooked up to it? In other words so I don't have to push the release button on the camera and have my picture come out blurry.

Also, does it have anywhere you would plug a Alien Bee B400 into it? What about if I went with Umbrellas. Do they get plugged in? Where?

Thanks...I hope you can understand my questions.

Left side of the body's a rubberized panel. Lift that up and you'll find a socket for an electronic cable release, a PC flash contact, a composite video port and a USB port.

Those are continuous flood lights. They don't connect to your camera. Only electronic strobes connect, and then just for the synch trigger signal (to make sure they fire when your shutter is fully open and before it starts to close.
