The Jetty 2.....Looks Artificial

This is another image of the jetty i took practically the same time as my other post. infact it was just a few minutes time difference This one looks artificial to me.. kind of like a Painted effect perhaps...weird how a bit of light and a setting change can alter things so much.
Iso 400 F/8 1/5 sec. Kit lens again
