Capture One won't install ?!

I have read the praises of C1LE and decided to download the trial version .. i followed the instructions and when i double clicked on the "C1" icon it told me that it had a problem because: "the MSVCRT file is linked to missing NTDLL.DLL: RtlGetNtVersionNumbers" and "lightphase .exe" problem ... anyone experience this and know a solution please? i did download the full prog (more than once) HELP i want to try this out.

What operating system are you using and are you sure that it meets the system requirements for Capture One?

The file I downloaded had a "setup.exe" file,. that is what you want to click to install.

Have you downloaded the correct version? You want Capture One DSLR Limited Edition. Phase One also have Capture One software for their digital backs.

I've seen posts from a few people who made this mistake.
