How to make the sky more \"blueish\"

I had tried several different ways, including the polarize filter and adjusting the WB and color saturation. But still can't get the picture I want. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

also, when you use polarizer, first put the camera into P (TV or Av) mode. Take exposure measurements. Switch to M, set correct exposure and only then rotate the polarizer ring to achive desired effect. Otherwise it's hard to adjust the polarizer since the picture on the LCD changes very fast as you rotate the polarizer.

Have you tried playing with the color & hue settings in a photo software program (like Photoshop) yet?
