Hi there,
there is a reason I take pictures and not sit in front. But this is me, I would like some sugestions on how to rework b & w portrait shots as well as get critiqued on this shot.

I like this in B&W.
I'm no expert on B&Ws. I always just completely desaturate....which I'm sure must be wrong because it's so easy.

I like this BW conversion, and the noise/grain in the pic works with it also. If anything I may add just a tad of contrast, but other than that it looks good.
