From 10D raw, to PS CS, to Epson 2200, have you established a "grooved swing" from camera to print ... a recommended best-of-breed workflow?
If so, post it here. The more specificity, the better.
It doesn't have to be your own original work product. Pointing to your favorite workflow link is just fine.
Your reward is in the mail.

Canon's website has a little offer where you can get a CD that interviews 11 top pro. photogs about their digital workflow and it goes through a lot of steps. I just got my CD a few weeks back, but have not looked through it yet. You should be able to find it here:

It's free, by the way.

O.K.
It's only available for residents of the United States!
Is there a possibility to download or get the most interesting parts from somewhere?

I sent an email to Canon Canada and they sent me the CD in the mail. Apparently there is not a place to download from Canon.
I'd try contacting Canon in your country.
