Well the fall is about to come and with it I bet lost of rain....

So lets say you have a wedding shoot and it ends up raining that day..... but the bride and groom would still like to take some quick pics outside... with umbrella or anything....

What do you use to protect your gear?

In the event that an assistant and umbrella are unavailable, I picked up one of these for each camera: http://www.adorama.com/KAE690.html

Amazing how they can make a little rain coat for a camera consisting of two draw strings and then charge 39.99 for it! I was expecting 9.99, or 19.99 at the most.

I do like it though...

I have one of these and used it to photograph a 4x4 event in the rain last weekend and it worked great. I was still out shooting when everyone else was shielding their cameras from the rain. My only complaint is not being able to use a speed light with the cover on. I tried using the pop-up flash on my 10D which helped a little but I still missed my 580. I paid more than that for it but that's Alaska camera stores for you.

I've thought about this a few times (never happened to me). One day, I'll show up at a rainy wedding with one of those umbrellas that attach to my head

Something like this:
