fast loading photos, great animal/details photos, but try to select better people photos.
Try different design, more color or sometime.

for me it is almost too simple, i think a border around the images, also your top menu has a big white line through it.

id suggest not compressing the pics so much. i like your approach to keep it simple thnough. Add a few more coloured lines, try to reverse it , lots of white is always good and try the text in black. its all personal though and the biggest thing is decrease the compression slightly..

Thanks for the input. I've been away for a while, excuse for not replying sooner,.
I'm working on a new idea for the images as far as presentation. An update is coming soon.
