I waited about 20 seconds while it said "Transferring data..." then moved on. Could be a connectivity issue this morning, but if this is indicative of a normal connection, you should move your server.

The banner takes to long to display the navigation links. It lost my interest.

once in your photo's are you need to havea way to return back to the main menu / other pics.

i would choose another font on the main flash image that doesnt show jagged edges as well :d
