Do you still need model release forms or anything like with regards to selling wedding prints through your website? obviously if you set it publically, means anyone can purchase it...

Do you still own copyright giving away the jpegs and stuff? Providing i have the RAW files even?

cheers.

You can't get model releases for everyone at a wedding, and I wouldn't suggest you try. I show the images semi-publicly and sell them to anyone, and i've never had a problem. If someone asked me to remove any or all images of them I would without hesitation. Password protection is another option.

Once people have a digital image they'll do whatever they like with it, no matter what the contract says.

I put people's images on a password protected website, as Tim suggested above, and number them so they can just tell me which ones they want. I don't have a way for them to purchase them online, they have to e-mail or call me. I have something in my contract that says I can use the images basically however I want (I don't word it like that) but I tell them they can reprint from the CD or DVD I give them.
