Used 24-105 mm f4L on both photos. All natural light. Any cc is very welcomed.

First picture would be great with a little Burn 'n Dodge.

Second one doesn't do anything to me.

The colors are nice in both. I like the idea of the first, but his face needs to be a bit brighter. The vignette is good in the second and her body and dress look good, but maybe she should have just been looking down or something.

Thank you for commenting! I agree about the first one being too dark, and about the bride in the second one, it's one of those things you think about after the fact and not during. That's one thing I have to work harder on - the little details.

I bet you used a wide angle lens for the 2nd shot, you made her head a funny shape. The sliders near the top of the CS2 lens distortion filter will help fix it.

Also they look posed and uncomfortable. Best work on your people relaxing skills!

Yes I have to work on the posing. I used the 24-105 on both photos, and not on it's widest, there may be some distortion, but on the whole that's how she looks in person, I think.

Maybe in addition to the lens distortion she's halfway blinking and the compression doesn't help, can you crop it to show us her face close up?

I like the first, especially your fix.

For the first image, her chest is way too blown out and they look very uncomfortable. the second image the pose is good abd the exposure on the dress is great but the look on her face is really odd.

I don't have the original sized photo with me right now to crop, she does have an odd smile, she doesn't like smiling, it's kind of a joker smile. Thus, I should have had her looking away as previously mentioned.
