Zoombrowser: printer task unavailable

I recently upgraded to Zoombrowser EX 4.0 and I also upgraded to PhotoRecord Gold. I am unable to print using the new Zoombrowser. I keep getting the error message, 'There are no tasks available in this category'. I already tried using the button provided in PhotoRecord which is supposed to add it to Zoombrowser and that doesn't work either. Any ideas?

Make sure that you have a default printer setup in Windows, and that it is turned on and ready.
