Chrism from Standing Tall - First Gig photos

Last night was my first time shooting any type of gig / concert. I used the Kit lens. Here is one of the photos I processed. I shot About 450 photos.

Chainz, i think you have done really ell for your first ever attempt at this kind of work, gongrats on that, i think the color one is much better tho!

agree that the color version is better than the b/w (or more like sepia, actually). pretty nice capture. shooting shows w/ the kit lens is an iffy proposition due to relative slowness of the glass. you might wanna grab the 50mm f/1.8 for a cheap, fast alternative (or 1.4 if you've got the extra cash).
