Do they make software that i could burn my pics to cd or dvd and than all i have to do is put it in my dvd player and it will play like a slide show?

Yes. Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Encore DVD, Ulead Video Studio, Ulead DVD Pictureshow, Ulead Movie Factory, Roxio EZCD Creator, etc. (to name just a few).
