ok:) well i dont know if this is a conventional edit... but it seems to look alrite on my screen! i thought the reds were perhaps a little strong/almost clipped (digital seems to have a problem with red) so i though... "hey why not do shadow/highlight in the red channel". so i left the shadows as they were and dragged the red up to about 30-40. i gave it a bit more midtone contrast also... clicked ok... genius stu, now everything has a cyan cast. so, then i thought "im gonna desaturate it!" so went into hue/sat/lightness and desaturated the cyan channel nearly all the way. thought it looked alrite as theres no other cyan areas in the image! so... its prob not the smartest thing to do to all your photos. but i think it kinda fixed this one:)
so yeh.. i think the reds look a bit more in control, but its still got that 'punch'. great image to start off with:)
