Well, just in case anyone forgot!!! Ok all of you forgot...

...I'm going to Sri Lanka tomorrow! Wahey! After receiving some fantastic advice (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showpost.php?p=1827043&postcount=2) from members here, and some downright bloody useless advice (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showpost.php?p=1829270&postcount=5), I feel I am all set for a great trip:)*

I don't think you have to worry about the monkey brain thingy. It’s pretty much an urban legend. See: http://www.maxent.org/ch/monkey_brains.html but believe me, there will be many challenging entrees to sample. Just go with the flow and don’t ask what it is. If you like it, eat more, if not, don’t eat more. BTW, I loved calamari in a black squid inc sauce until I went back up to my room and looked at me teeth. YIKES!!! Nasty and it didn’t want to brush off easily. But is sure tasted good.

Man, I'd love to be a fly on the wall on this trip. I reckon you'll be crying on the phone within a few days after the scammers take everything you own, even down to your Manties :lol: :lol:

If you do manage to keep hold of your camera gear more than a few days then I expect you to get some amazing shots. Just remember to take the lens cap off.
