Can't believe it is September already!! Another rainy wedding day for me
Sort of getting tired of this location, but it is about the only place to get pictures done when it is raining out. Check out the rest of the photos on my blog at http://www.digitaliso.ca/blog/

I love that last one. Can you tell me about your flash in that one? It looks like you were dragging the shutting a bit, but what about the flash? On camera? bounced?

thanks,

Yep, dragged the shutter, about 1/40th sec. On board flash bounced off the ceiling. Shot at ISO 1000.

The umbrella one is super cute. That was the same reception site as the last one, right? Beautiful lighting.

Those are some great shots there. You caught the same weather I was in while shooting a weather in St. Catharines. The bride had a beautiful house and their property would have made an awesome location to shoot at. The main photog I work for did their engagement pictures there and they turned out beautiful. Too bad but we do the best we can in those conditions I guess.

The dance one is my favourite btw.

Loved the one by the pool, and especially the dancing one, the colours and the whole ambience is just spot on :D

Love the shots and I really love the ones on your website. The one before the #1 here which is on your website I reckon is better than #1 but thats just me ;-)

a newbie question, but what is 'dragging your shutter'?

Cheers Dimitry, just what I needed. Loads of good reading there too on flash photography... will keep me going for months. :-)

Love #2, though I think it might be even stronger in B&W (love rainy B&W shots)...

I really like 2 and 6. I agree that 2 would be awesome in B&W too.
