Your effect is fantastic...but the actual shot could be a little sharper. It looks as if your shutter was too slow. What do you do for the effect, filters?? Id love to know. If you dont mind of course. ;)

The blur (whether intentional or not) doesn't help the picture, but very nice pp.

It's the same filter used on the flower, you'll find explanation at the bottom of first page (flower thread).

Thanks for comments and the blur is accidental.
