lost .thm's

I hope this hasn't been covered yet. I have an s230 that plays .avi's directly on the TV. However I deleatd a bunch of .thm files thinking I didn't need them. I now realize that they are required in order to play the .avi through the camera. How can I reproduce the coresponding .thm for each of the .avi's that I want to play?
