Weather wasn't good, but that can be a plus or a minus. The lowish light made panning a better choice than frozen action. I got some when it was actually raining, but not enough to make spray from the wheels, which could have been good. The worst thing is just that a dull British day doesn't make the colours sing off the page like some of the other posters from California etc.

Very true. I am glad that you didn't fall into the temptation to artificially boost the colours; that always looks so fake to me. To be honest, you are never going to get the bright day-glo colours from classics anyway. They simply don't have the same sort of paintwork that moderns do.
