Hello, I just got back from baja where i took my EOS 300D for a test drive. I'm very happy with the camera and some of the shots. I'd appreciate some feedback on this one. Any ideas for enhancement processing would be appreciated.

The original has had the contrast and brightness slightly increased. I tried a single sharpening pass and didn't like the result.

Please feel free to check out the rest of the series in my profile.

Thanks, Alan.

I think it's a really nice shot.

As far as processing, I might clone that thing on its beak to make it part of the background. It's distracting to me because it doesn't add anything to the picture, like a bug or a nut might do.

Thanks Scott,

I hadn't considered doing that due to the fact that i was watching it eat and knew it was a piece of food on its beak. I'm gonna check it out though, given that i guess noone else would know that.

cheers, alan.
