I was wondering if any of you have a similar workflow using Adobe Bridge and Photoshop to process your RAW files - my current workflow:
Open images in Bridge
Delete worst images
Tag images I want to process (my keepers) in Bridge
Filter tagged images in Bridge
Open images in ACR and make exposure adjustments
Apply same exposure adjustments globally (if applicable)
Open individual images in ACR and crop
Batch save all ACR processed images as Photoshop files (PSD) ----This is the step I need help with----
Continue with workflow in PhotoshopI can't seem to figure out how to save a bunch of ACR processed .CR2 files as .PSD files in a batch process?
Right now I'm having to select 15 files or so, right-click on them and select "Open" to bring up ACR inside of Photoshop, select all of them and then open all 15 images in Photoshop and then save them individually as .PSD files (I've set up an action to speed this up, but I'm still having to hit the action button on each individual image). Then I select another 15 files in Bridge and repeat the process until I've hit all of my files.
I'm working towards being able to create Droplets to process everything. However, droplets don't like .CR2 files (or they don't on my system). I think this is because they are opened in ACR first before they go to Photoshop.
Anyway, if anyone can help me with this I would be most grateful.
Thank you!
