C1LE Mouse Roll question

First off, C1LE ROCKS! I've read then 8 gazillion posts here about it vs BB and made my decision. Thanks all.

Now for the question: Has anybody experienced their mouse pointer moving about 5 times faster within C1LE vs your normal setting when using any other program?? For some reason, when I launch C1LE, all of the sudden, the pointer accelerates to almost beyond mouse usage!!
